Basic information

  • Description of the profile of a graduate of postgraduate studies, including the qualifications or entitlements obtained: Graduates of the postgraduate program in business psychology will gain and expand their competencies (in English) useful in daily business practice. Particular emphasis will be placed on the development and strengthening of competencies in the area of self-efficacy management and effectiveness of subordinate employees. Graduates will be prepared to recognize and counteract unfavourable and harmful phenomena at work such as stress and professional burnout. Topics discussed during the postgraduate studies also include equipping with competences and their extension in the area of negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • English language requirements - at least B2 level.
  • Investment: 6100 PLN gross per year (payment can be made in eight equal instalments).
  • Recruitment conditions: Students apply via the website. Along with the application the student is obliged to provide: a copy of the diploma of completion of the first or second cycle studies, personal questionnaire/application which the candidate fills in during on-line registration on the website. Admission to the studies is determined by the order of applications.
  • Required qualifications for candidates: Completion of a first or second cycle university programme
  • Requirements for completing postgraduate studies: Obtaining passes in all subjects included in the study programme. Attendance at 90% of classes.
  • Number of hours: 180 classroom hours in the form of weekend meetings, including 157 hours of exercises and workshops.
  • Two semesters.
  • Planned start date: October 2021.
  • Subjects: 14 subjects (including: negotiations in business, personal effectiveness and self-management in time, self-presentation and public speaking, practical aspects of leadership and team management, building motivation and managing employee engagement, coaching, mentoring and consulting as methods of working with an employee, conflict and conflict management.
  • All subjects taught in English.
