The journal Education-Animation-Culture has been issued to the efforts of the Department of Social Thought and Environmental Education of the Institute of Education at the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology, Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz since 2014.
The magazine is published in electronic form and placed in a PDF format on the website of the Department of Social Thought and Environmental Education, Repository of Kazimierz Wielki University.

Education - Animation - Culture - program line
The journal Education - Animation - Culture is a magazine which widely fits its characteristics in the stream of social and cultural research, while the narrower plane of this research is to be/is a problem of education. This direction of research and inspiration is the fruit of many years of experience of the team forming the Department of Social Thought and Environmental Education of UKW in Bydgoszcz, which sets up and runs various educational and research activities is in this field. Thus, the creation of the journal is a kind of natural, next step on the road to take and organize scientific reflection in the indicated areas. Education is the prospect of research on education, its conduct and circumstances - particularly in the context of the content and cultural influences. It is research into creative possibilities and activities conducted by the participants of social life - individuals and groups, especially in the dimension of local conditions of their functioning. Animation is the prospect of research on activation, stimulating and supporting the development, particularly in the field of creative activity of participants in the educational process - carried out especially in the area of cultural influence and content. Culture is a perspective of research on culture, its social realization, specificity, its exploration and exploitation especially in the field and on the basis of arts for the process of human education.
