We invite you to see the photos from the International Scientific Conference: The Individual and the State in Cyberspace – challenges and opportunities.

Various aspects of the functioning of individuals and states in cyberspace were discussed by specialists - scientists and experts from the country - representing twenty research centers in Poland and abroad: from Spain, Great Britain, Moldova, Bulgaria, Slovakia and Estonia, representatives of many fields and scientific disciplines interested in cyberspace and its aspects, as well as practitioners representing local and national institutions and organizations.

The importance of the Conference was appreciated by the Minister of Digital Affairs, the Voivode of Kujawsko-Pomorskie, the Marshal of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, the Mayor of Bydgoszcz, the Commander of the Joint Force Training Center, the Director of the NATO Military Police Center of Excellence, the Rector of the UKW and the Polish Digital Society and Polish Political Science Association. The media patronage of the event was provided by TVP3 Bydgoszcz and Radio PiK.
