Registration

Pursuant to Art. 13 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR Regulation) , we inform you that:

1. the administrator of your personal data is the Kazimierz Wielki University with its registered office at Chodkiewicza Street 30, 85-064 Bydgoszcz,
2. the personal data administrator has appointed a Data Protection Inspector supervising the correctness of personal data processing, who can be contacted via the e-mail address: iod@ukw.edu.pl,
3. Your personal data are processed for the purpose of registering participation in the Individual and State Conference in cyberspace, communicating with participants in order to organize a scientific event, documenting its course, including preparing a list of participants, issuing certificates of participation, preparing conference and post-conference materials, incl. archival purposes, and in the case of consent to receive information about conferences and events with a scientific profile or those promoting science organized by the Kazimierz Wielki University - also for the purpose of sending such information in the future,
4. the legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 section 1 letter e of the GDPR Regulation, in connection with the Act of July 20, 2018, Law on Higher Education and Science, and the mission implemented by the university on its basis, which is to conduct scientific activities, disseminate scientific achievements, and work to improve the scientific level and professional qualifications of participants , shaping civic attitudes, as well as participating in social development and creating an economy based on innovation; if you consent to receiving information about conferences and events organized by the Kazimierz Wielki University in the future, the basis for data processing is Art. 6 section 1 letter a GDPR Regulations, i.e. consent; you can withdraw your consent at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal,
5. we do not intend to transfer your personal data to other entities, except for entities authorized by generally applicable law,
6. we do not intend to transfer your data to third countries (i.e. non-EU members) or international organizations,
7. the personal data you provide processed in connection with your participation in the Conference will be processed for the period of storage by the university of financial, accounting and reporting documentation regarding this event,
8. you have the right to request from the data controller access to your personal data, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, transfer of data and the right to request the cessation of data processing,
9. you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority; the supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office,
10. providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, without providing it, it will not be possible to participate in the Conference,
11. we do not intend to carry out automated decision-making or profiling based on your data.

We would also like to inform you that in order to document the Conference, photographs will be taken during it and published on the websites of the Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz.
