Studying at Kazimierz Wielki University with Erasmus+
Kazimierz Wielki University has been cooperating with numerous European partner universities. Hundreds of Erasmus+ students have spent part of their studies in Bydgoszcz. Some of them have finally settled in Bydgoszcz after graduation or decided to continue their studies in Bydgoszcz.
International Relations Office, Erasmus+ coordinators at the faculties and Buddy students make efforts to support the students and prepare them for their Erasmus+ experience.
You can study at Kazimierz Wielki University as an Erasmus+/ exchange student provided that there is an established cooperation with your home university. The best way to find out if such a cooperation exists is to have a look at the homepage of your home university.
If a cooperation exists, first have to apply for the exchange program at your home university. If you are accepted, you will be officially nominated by your home university and your contact details will be sent to us. After being officially nominated by your home university, you will receive information about application process.
As soon as your application is registered in our system you will be admitted to Kazimierz Wielki University and receive a welcome info pack in order to get well prepared for your stay.
Application deadlines:
Winter semester : 1 June
Summer semester: 1 November

Required documents to be uploaded on the student's account on the registration website:
- Application form
- Transcript of Records of the recent studies
- Language Certificate proving at least be B1, preferably B2 level of English
- Scanned copy of the passport or national ID
- Online Learning Agreement is required to be sent before the mobility starts.
Courses in English:
Our institution offers courses taught in English. The complete catalogue of English-taught courses. English language students receive individual course offer which is sent on request.
Students with sufficient knowledge of a Polish language are very welcome to enroll in our courses taught in Polish.
Language courses:
We offer free of charge language course: Polish language course (20 ECTS) and English language course (4 ECTS, 30 hrs). English course can be added to Learning Agreement. Polish course cannot be added to LA and the grade is not presented in the final transcript of records. Participants receive a separate certificate.

Accommodation:
Erasmus students are accommodated in our Student House number 1 at Łużycka 24 in Bydgoszcz. Single room - 700 zlotys per month. Double room - 560 zlotys per month. Bathroom shared by two rooms (three people).
