Hanna Liberska – biologist and psychologist - (PhD 1989, habilitation 2005), born in Poznań, a graduate of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań (biology – 1978, psychology – 1980), is a psychologist specialising in developmental psychology, psychology of family and social psychology;
Currently she is the head of the Department of Social Psychology and Studies on Adolescents at the Institute of Psychology, Casmir the Great University in Bydgoszcz, Poland (from 01.10.2019 Department of Social Psychology). She was the vice-head of Institute of Psychology from 2007 to 2017. Editor-in-chief Polish Psychological Forum (from 2013).
She supervised doctoral studies in the discipline of psychology (2009-2013) and now - from 01.10.2019.
Her research focuses on developmental problems in adolescence and early adulthood, marriage and family, aggression and social exclusion.
For the last 20 years she has been conductivng various studies of socio-political transformations in Poland and their influence on the life plans of young people.
She cooperated for several years with teachers at all levels of education.
Author or co-author of three monographs, editor or co-editor of 21 monographs in Polish or English.
