dr Zając-Lamparska LudmiłaEnglish

Ludmila Zajac-Lamparska,  PhD, is an Associate Professor in Psychology. She is chair of the Department of General and Human Development Psychology and head of the Laboratory of Research on Cognitive Aging. She has published peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters on aging from cognitive, neurocognitive, social and personality perspectives. Her main research interests are cognitive interventions for older adults, compensatory brain activity in older adults and successful ageing. She is also interested in psychological assessment of cognitive skills and diagnosis of neurodegenerative disorders. 

She is a board member of the European Cognitive Aging Society (EUCAS) and the Polish Association of Human Development Psychology (PSPRC) and a member of Cognitive Development Society (CDS), European Brain and Behavior Society (EBBS), Polish Psychological Association (PTP) and Polish Society of Gerontology (PTG).
