Konferencja odbywa się w ramach Małego Grantu Międzynarodowego Funduszu Wyszehradzkiego, pt.: “Health, fitness and education in Visegrad Countries and in neighboring countries”

Dear Sirs/Madams,

I have the honor to invite you to the forthcoming conference: “Morpho-biomechanical and psycho-physical aspects of youth lifestyle in V4 countries”. The purpose of the conference is to present results of scientific research and exchange the views in the area of physical activity and healthy lifestyle of people in various ages, with particular emphasis on children and youth. Physical activity is the main component of healthy lifestyle. Rapid development of technology is limiting the multifaceted activity of human. On the other hand, there is a strong tendency in modern societies to live a healthy lifestyle. Many studies conducted in Poland and Europe indicate deteriorating health, fitness and physical activity of people, especially children and youth. Therefore, it seems to be an important task to permanently and thoroughly monitor human behavior and raise the awareness of the key role of health, fitness, physical activity and nutrition in a contemporary lifestyle. On behalf of organizing committee I invite you to join us at our 1st International Scientific Conference, where you will be sure to have a meaningful experience with scholars from around the world. We kindly invite academics as well as teachers, students, trainers, instructors, health promoters and representatives of the medical community.
